Project Controls Maturity Assessments

This service provides a single or multi-project site review of project controls capability using the Drover Project Controls capability model. We review maturity level against four elements of People, Process, Tools and Governance, and provide you with a view of best practice including a gap analysis together with some suggested strategies and priorities for improvement.

Business Case Development

Supports the development of a Business case for investment in project controls. This could cover an investment in people, process, systems, governance or any combination of these areas.

Project Controls Capability Development

Drover will work with stakeholders (client) to help deliver a future desired to-be state across the elements of project controls and program management. We take a systematic approach by first mapping out the existing processes and assess whether they are fit for purpose alongside the current systems in place.

Change Management Services

Effective project controls requires that a fixed Performance Management Baseline (PMB) is established. This anchors the plan, the budget and the risk plan as a basis for performance measurement and management going forward.

Our team can assist you in building your budget and controlling that budget against planned and actual cost of delivery using Earned Value techniques by aligning cost budgets with the plan through a common Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) we will provide you with an integrated approach which binds schedule and cost management together.
